Your Invitation to Wonder

God designed you for wonder. In ministry, it’s easy to pour out until your own sense of awe runs dry.

This Wonder Retreat is a 3-night, all-inclusive retreat in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, designed exclusively for women in ministry to experience God’s presence, rest deeply, and return home refreshed for life and leadership.

This is not a conference with a packed schedule or endless note-taking. It’s an immersive, small-group retreat where you can:

  • Rest from the demands of leadership

  • Experience worship in the beauty of nature

  • Engage in guided and freeform experiences that spark childlike joy

  • Connect with other women who serve God in different ways and from different backgrounds

Wonder: For women in ministry

This specific Wonder Retreat is designed for women in ministry—whether you’re a pastor, church leader, missionary, ministry volunteer, or in another ministry role. You don’t have to be on church staff to qualify. You might be:

  • Currently serving

  • Transitioning between ministry roles

  • Recently stepped out of a role and seeking renewal

We welcome diversity of denomination, background, and life experience, as long as you are eager to connect with God and others in an environment of mutual respect.

We're Covering the Cost!

We know ministry leaders spend most of their time pouring out—but you need spaces to be poured into. The Wonder Retreat is our gift to you.

Thanks to generous donors, we're covering all costs for:

  • Your lodging in this stunning retreat home
  • All scheduled meals from arrival to departure
  • Activities and supplies

We want you free to focus completely on meeting with God and receiving the wonder-filled refreshment your soul craves.

All we ask is a small $150 participant fee* to secure your spot, plus that you cover your own travel costs. (Some scholarships are available.) Everything else? It's our joyful way of saying "yes" to caring for those who care for others.

Why We Do It This Way

We know:

  • Retreats can be expensive to attend

  • Ministry leaders often prioritize others’ needs over their own

  • The cost barrier keeps too many from the soul care they deeply need

We hope to make it easy for you to say yes to rest, wonder, and connection.

We simply ask you to:
  • Commit to attending once invited
  • Come ready to be present, open, and expectant
  • Let yourself be blessed—because you give so much, and this time, it’s your turn to receive

Retreat Intent

Cultivate wonder, bringing ease, relaxation, awe, play, and worship into your experiences with God.

Create time and space to experience life with God, not just learn about Him.

Emphasize awe, connection, and spiritual refreshment, especially through beauty and community.

About slowing down, making room for God's presence, and helping people become more attuned to the wonders of their life with Him when they return home.

Deeply spiritual but not performance-based—they’re not productivity retreats or intensive workshops, but sacred space to be with God.

Environments that combine comfort, peace, and intentional beauty—even the lodging arrangements are shaped by the value of relational, unhurried connection.
